I am very upset and think that their unprofessional behavior reflects a negative perception of Kenmar watches. I'd appreciate it if they could do something right for once since they couldnt even find my order after waiting 3 weeks. Why do I spend $30 on shipping when it takes over a month to receive it. I believe its a 2day delivery method. After several emails back and forth all I reveived was a bad attitude response for something Kenmar couldnt follow through with. Im sure the watch was great... if I ever received it. To top it off they just cancelled my order and blamed it on me for not waiting? Get the watch, just not from Kenmar or else you'll regret it.
