I collect digital watches as a result. This is the prettiest one I have. I do wish the band were not shiny leather - it's starting to crack. I'm going to wear my Timex for everyday and save this for dressing up. I also put the black version on my wish list just now.I didn't get my white watch from Amazon, but from a designer outlet site. Maybe that's why the battery was DOA. It ran fine once it had a fresh battery, though. It seems to run a little slow, though. I have no trouble reading it, except in the dark. I took off one star for the band, for not having a light, and for not displaying the date.
